of molecular dynamics via ray-tracing and animation in a vectorized environment Scientific visualization methodologies are being utilized increasingly in attempts to understand physical phenomena via mathematical and simulation model results. Presented herein are the results of a visualization project which produced a vectorized, high-resolution, raytraced animation of the dynamics of a protein molecule. The resulting animation was recorded on 35-mm film, with a resolution of 1024 X 102
